PLEASE vote in favor of the Keep Families Together Act

From Deborah L Hayes to State Senator and Reps

Dear Legislatures representing the great county of Williamson and State of Tennessee,

I implore you to vote in favor of the Keep Families Together Act to put an immediate stop to the separation of parents and children who are seeking asylum in our great nation. Nearly 50 children A DAY are being torn from their parents and placed in makeshift internment camps. Regardless of your personal views on immigration and asylum, there is zero moral justification for this blatant violation of basic human rights.

Ripping children from their parents is not America.

I hope you will stand on the side of justice, honor and family values and put an immediate end to this horrific blemish on our country's history and democracy. Vote in favor of the Keep Families Together Act.

Deborah Hayes
Mother of three children and teacher to hundreds of children.
